Kevin Roblee- Chocolatier
Kevin has always had a passion for Chocolate.  For 9 years, Chocolatier Kevin traveled the world, building his life experience and taking on roles in chocolate product development, production, and quality.  During his tenure in Chocolate, Kevin was made privy to the guarded secrets for making such loved candies a Reese’s peanut butter cups, M & M’s and Oreo cookies.

Kevin spent a year in Scandinavia studying the ways of European chocolate production methods and practices.  Kevin has worked and studied at several different plants across Germany, Sweden, Holland, Canada and Belgium.

Kevin also spent several years on the East coast working at the oldest operating chocolate plant in the country (est. 1897) located in Mansfield, MA as a Technical Services Supervisor for Grace Cocoa.  It was there that he participated in the development effort for “Newman’s Own” Brand, helping to create one of the first Organic Chocolates made in the United States.

Today, Kevin has developed his own line of distinctive foods and brings the fine art of chocolate to life at parties of all kinds, corporate events, culinary lectures and workshops.
